Sara Rajably

At the age of 26, Sara has already established several successful projects, among them the Youth Social Business Centre. She is the Azerbaijan's first female UN social entepreneur, and the creator of such initiatives as "Bir Fincan Kitab" (One Cup of a Book) and BUTA Art & Sweets, a social enterprise project that benefits people with disabilities.

Raftara Shukurova

A teacher with 32 years of experience, she is also the owner of 15 hectares orchard, where feijoa, kiwi, grains, and various other sorts of fruit are grown. She is currently involved in the project "From Village to City" which encorages the trnafer of ecologically clean products from the countryside to the counters in Baku.

She is a 22 year old carpet weaver of OJSC "Azerkhalcha". Sevinj succeeds in producing exceptionally colourful and multi-coloured carpets, which show all the carm of nature.

Khanum Babayeva

She is a skilled cotton farmer and a demanding leader of herself and others. She was awarded the USSR State Prize in 1983 for sustainable growth of potato, sugar beet, vegetables, industrial and other agricultural corps production, application of progressive technologies and increase of labor productivity.
