She has dedicated over 30 years to creating employment opportunities for more than 3,000 women in the healthcare sector. In the past eight years, she has established a 4-hectare greenhouse in a rural area, primarily employing women and single mothers from the local community.

Tsetse Ser-Og
Over her 42 years of experience in Mongolia's food and agriculture sector, she has developed four technologies of hard and semi-hard yak cheese, and translated protein dairy group standards and dairy product standards. She is the founder of “Suun bilegdel” LLC, Honorary Professor of the College of Food Technology and Consultant Engineer in the Food Industry.

Dr (PhD). Altantsetseg Altangerel
She is a scientist and pharmacist in the field of traditional medicine. As part of development and dissemination of Mongolian traditional medicine, she carried out scientific research on medicinal plant and animal origin substances which were used in traditional Mongolian medicine. he received a patent for the inventions of “Lilicoaguliant” remedy.

Tungalag Dondogdulam
She is a co-founder of the National coalition of civil society “All for Education” and now works as a main coordinator. She has more than 20 years of experience in the field of education and worked to protect education rights of vulnerable children who were left without education.

Munkhuu Dorj
She started her career as a doctor in rural area and later served as a deputy minister and a member of parliament. Her initiatives on legislation regarding population health policies and protection of maternal and child health remain valuable today. As well as through her national movement "Gal golomt," she is still working to educate families, children and youth.

Enkhgerel Enkhtuvshin
As the CEO of the Millennium Challenge Account-Mongolia, she is leading the most significant water infrastructure project in Mongolia’s recent history - The $461 million Bulk Water Supply Project. In the next 30 years, the project aims to provide clean and sustainable water supply for over 650 thousand households or 2.4 million residents in Ulaanbaatar.

AFFORDABLE AND CLEAN ENERGY

Oyun-Erdene Altan-Ochir
Renewable energy engineer specializing in solar energy. She has been working on renewable energy development in Mongolia for over a decade and has experience working on Mongolia’s first solar power plant projects which provides 20,000 households with clean energy annually.

Yumjirmaa Bayarmagnai
With over a decade of experience in the fields of environment and tourism, she has spent the last four years focusing on agricultural projects, particularly in promoting small and medium-sized agricultural businesses. She has successfully implemented projects such as "Mini library for self-improvement" and "Bulgan learns English".

INDUSTRY, INNOVATION AND INFRASTRUCTURE

Khulan Dashdavaa
As the founder of one of Mongolia's largest groups “Tavan Bogd”, she has played a key role in shaping the direction of Mongolia’s largest cashmere producer “Gobi”. Currently, the “Gobi” corporation employs over 1800 people, nearly 60 percent of whom are women.

Zauresh Khaisa
As the Executive Director of the Kazakh Women's Association "Arular", she collaborates with state organizations and civil society organizations to advocate for Kazakh women ethnic minority, particularly those in the remote far west of Mongolia.

Tuya Zorig
She is an urban planner and has implemented large-scale urban development and housing projects, using a bottom-up, community-driven approach to upgrading low-income neighborhoods. She has established several institutes, including "Urban Planning and Research Institute" NGO, "Center for Urban and Regional Planning Research" NGO and "Urban Planning Association”.

Gantsetseg Choidon
She is the founder of the company 'Khanbogd Cashmere' which has been promoting environmentally friendly and responsible production while creating employment since 1998. The company employs over 400 people, and annually processes 1,000 tons of combed cashmere and produces 100,000 knitted products. She was awarded “Hero of Labor” medal in 2024.

Oyun Sanjaasuren
She is a former Member of Parliament and former Minister of Environment and Green Development of Mongolia. Since 2018, she has served as the Head of Foreign Relations for the Green Climate Fund, where she shares her expertise in nature protection at the international level.

Dulmaa Ayur
As a Merited Scientist of Mongolia, Academician and Professor, she has made a valuable contribution to the research of biodiversity of major water systems of Mongolia. With over 60 years of dedicated work as a woman researcher, she has bred omul and other fish species into over 30 fishless lakes located in 8 provinces in Mongolia, and thus building up the fisheries stocks in those regions.

Erdenechimeg Banzragch
With 30 years of continuous work in forestry organizations, including “Tujiin nars” national park, Selenge province’s forest organization and “Oi bayasah” Co. Ltd, she has made significant contributions to the field. In the afforestation of 8,674 hectares of “Tujiin nars”, technological control was employed to achieve 87-95 percent viability in growing trees and shrubs.

PEACE, JUSTICE AND STRONG INSTITUTIONS

Bolor Ganbold
Mongolia's first female General who was assigned twice as a staff officer in the UN Peacekeeping Operations and became the first female Brigadier General due to her outstanding leadership. Her contributions included increasing the participation of women in peacekeeping operations at the UN and international levels as well as addressing the challenges of eliminating barriers to women’s participation.
