On the sidelines of COP 29, SAWE partnered with Sheikh Saud bin Saqr Al Qasimi Foundation for Policy Research and took part in the grand opening of the Climates and Carpets exhibition at the Azerbaijan National Carpet Museum in Baku.

A Collaboration of Cultures and Climate Awareness
SAWE, in collaboration with the Azerbaijan National Carpet Museum and the Ras Al Khaimah Foundation, contributed a unique presentation of Ras Al Khaimah crafts. Two talented craftswomen from the UAE showcased their intricate artistry, offering attendees a rare glimpse into the rich cultural heritage of the region. Their work reflected both the beauty of traditional craftsmanship and its potential to promote sustainability in the face of a changing climate.
